Koda is adorable and we all love him so much. He was adopted out from us at age 1. Now he is 8. His owner became unable to care for him, so he was returned to us. He is now overweight by about 8 lb. but we are working to get him back in shape. He is a sweetheart who loves people and other dogs. We`ve promised him he won`t have to go through another sad loss like he`s been through. Koda is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped. His goal weight is 16. He`ll get there.

With over 20,000 companion animals being euthanized each year in the Midlands of SC, our goal is to save as many as possible from this dreadful fate. Rescue is expensive, so your help is needed in order for us to save lives. Each pet receives prompt medical attention, is spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted into a loving home. Medical care is our main expense. We also must purchase microchips, heartworm and flea preventions, food and many other supplies.
