Santana is trying hard to learn to trust humans, and she is very watchful as she learns as much as she can about you before she makes her move. She has been with us about a year and a half now, and has made so much progress! We have found that at feeding time seems to be the best time to pet her and show her love. She enjoys affection, but she does not yet actively seek it out on her own unless she feels comfortable with you. She is looking for a special person that will offer her patience as she gets comfortable in her new environment. She loves the company of other cats, and would do best with a kitty companion in her new home. She is about two 1/2 years old, li tter box trained, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, dewormed, and combo tested. Her adoption fee is $125.

More about this rescue

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
