Their adoption process

We provide bunny date chaperones, nail trims and grooming services, supply sales and occasional social events, such as hoppy hours.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
Submitting an application is our way of getting to know you better and match you with a wonderful companion rabbit.
  2. Approve Application
Our Adoption volunteers screen all applications. Adopters are required to attend a free "Bunny Basics" class via Zoom before approval.
  3. Meet the Pet
Adoption events are held every other Saturday in South St. Paul for approved applicants only; no drop-ins are allowed.

Go meet their pets

We host adoption events every other Saturday in our rental facility in South St. Paul. Adopters must be approved and have attended our free "Bunny Basics" class via Zoom prior to meeting the rabbits. No drop-ins are allowed.

More about this rescue

Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society (MCRS) is a nonprofit serving companion rabbits and their people through adoption and educational programming. We are 100% run by volunteers and the generous donations of our supporters in the community.

We are a "rescue- to-rescue" organization, meaning we partner with shelters and rescues providing an opportunity for rabbits to find their forever homes.
