Such a darling sweetheart! She is an all-around great dog, full of enthusiasm and personality!
She’s a small-stature Jack Russell terrier with short fur. She is about 8 lbs with a white and tan coat.
Faira has so much to offer and is a joy to be around! She is a great balance between being an active dog and a total snuggler.
While Faira gets along great with other dogs, she would do best as an “only” because she is committed to being the center of attention. : ) She hasn’t been tested with cats, but she may do well with a confident, dog-savvy cat. Because her legs are short, she does need doggy stairs to get onto the furniture and bed.
This charmer loves meeting people! She’s never a met a person she didn’t like. Although she loves interacting with people, she doesn’t like unfamiliar people trying to pick her up.
This sassy pup loves walks and does great on leash! But she needs more than a couple walks and playtime in the yard; she needs interesting things to do. She likes her days to be interspersed with a variety of activities.
She has a soft side and is a big cuddler. She loves to be in your lap and is very good at sneaking onto it without you noticing! At night, she likes sleeping under the covers of her foster mom’s bed.
Faira dreams of an active family where someone is usually home. She’s hoping her family would include her in their activities–inside and outside the home. She likes playing in the snow and a little rain won’t stop her. She’s done well at the dog park but you do need to keep an eye on her because she’s so much smaller than most of the other dogs.
Her ideal home would have a small-dog-safe, fully-fenced yard that she can’t slip through.
