My story

Delta came to us from animal control with her four six-week-old puppies, who we named the Airline Litter. She was a great mama and raised her babies well. She is so pretty but we really do not know what breed mix she is – a dog identifier site came up with Staffy/Russell Terrier. She weighs about 56 lbs and the vet estimates her to be two years old.

Delta is going to make a wonderful addition to the family that gives her a home. She loves to snuggle and just have fun now that she is done with her mama duties. She loves people and is getting along with other dogs in doggy daycare.

Delta is not good with young children (probably 10-12 or older is best) and she does not do well with cats. She's an absolute love with teens and adults.

If you are interested in meeting Delta, please email us at jojosdogrescue and we will send you an application, or download one from our website Adoption fee is $125 and includes spay, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and parasite treatment and prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption!

Why adoption is a great option

Delta, a Gallatin American Staffordshire Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
