My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ms. Luna is back! Her mother had health issues that caused her to have to return Luna but we love having her. She plays well with the other 3 dogs, and still ignores the cats. Luna will come with all of her things- crate, toys, bag of food, proof of medical history, blanket and bed. Moose and Luna are a great pair and would make a terrific family addition as a twosome. They watch over each other and the family and keep each other occupied. If you think you might want to meet either Moose or Luna or both give us a shout at either email; juanita@muttsandmittens.org ... muttsandmittens2016@gmail.com.

More about this rescue

After volunteering for another rescue for five years we followed our hearts and obtained our own 501(c)3. These animals have done nothing wrong but are totally at the mercy of humans. We take these broken, abused little bodies, and work to heal their wounds and mend their souls. Our desire is to give them hope and a new start, to teach the public that a pet is a life time commitment and one at a time find them all a home.
