My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shazam is a magical kitty who will charm you with his friendly personality and gentle purrs. He was born in November 2021 and has turned into a big, handsome boy. Shazam likes to play with other kitties and enjoys chasing his toys. But he really enjoys human companionship and is happy to be cuddled and petted. Shazam could fill your world with a touch of magic and a lot of love.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
