Who is feeling lucky?! Only the luckiest family in the world will end up being Tony's forever family. This sweet boy will win the hearts of many and we are on the search to find him the very, very best home. Tony is so loving. How was he abandoned and left behind in an empty apartment for 2 weeks? We just cannot comprehend because this boy is a furry ball of love, loyalty, head bops and tranquility. Just take a moment and stare into those eyes - he is oozing tenderness and wants so bad to be loved unconditionally. Please apply for Tony now - we'd love to keep his visit at the Center short. He deserves the world and while we give him as much as we can, he needs his forever! Tony appears to do well with other cats, dogs and we may consider a home with polite children who understand animals' ques, boundaries and needs. Tony is about 7lbs at about 7 years of age. He is just a doll.

Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
