My story

Have you ever heard of the it girl, Blair Waldorf?

Well here she is! This diamond of the season will steal your heart away with every wink of her eye and wag of her tail.

Her gorgeous black and white coat shines like jewels everyday.

Blair enjoys being brushed and petted by her family members, so she knows shes loved and cared for.

Blair is a 2-year old, female, pointer mix. She is medium-sized (20-59lbs).

Blair is a very energetic dog given her breed group! She will need lots of play time, tug'of'war and more to keep her healthy happy and content.

Blair does not work well with younger children and should be in a household with older children only.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application required.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

Go meet their pets

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
