My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cersei is a beautiful 3-year old female Torbie kitty who arrived at the HSOV on March 24, 2022 after she was picked up in the Vincent Ohio area along with several other cats who had shared her home.

Cersei has a brown tabby short smooth coat with bronze highlights in a torbie pattern, a long ringed tail, and a pretty face with large golden eyes, a brown velvet nose, white markings on her muzzle/chin, and long white whiskers.

Cersei was very pregnant when she entered our shelter on March 24th, and she gave birth to five kittens on March 27th. Sadly, only one of her kittens survived (a little tiger kitten whom we've named Badger). Badger was always snuggled up close to Cersei, and she was a good little momma. She loved her baby girl but two-legged friends not so much. Cersei might have been in mourning for the loss of her kittens and was being over-protective of her one remaining baby.

Cersei was given vaccinations, wormer and flea treatment on March 30, 2022. She was also combo tested and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm. Cersei is a petite little lady who weighed 6 lbs that day.

Cersei was spayed on May 24, 2022 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 8.14 lbs that day.

Cersei was separated from her kitten Badger after she was spayed, so she is ready to find a home of her very own through adoption or rescue.

Kitten Badger will be spayed when she is a little older and will also be looking for a fabulous home.

Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
