My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings Future Furever Family!! George aka The Big Chill here to introduce myself and tell you why I am the perfect dog for you. I am a 2 year old yellow Lab mix, weighing in at 83 lbs. I was rescued from the county pound and went immediately into my foster mom’s home. I had one accident the first day, but I am definitely housebroken. I mastered the doggy door with just a few treats. I know commands sit, down, and will go to my bed when told. I sleep quietly all night long. I have gone to doggy day camp where my human camp buddy described me as an angel. I get along with other dogs, cats are unknown. My foster mom is gone long hours for work and while I initially whine when she first leaves, I am not at all destructive in the house where I am left free rein. I am very excited when she comes home, but after a quick dinner, I relax by her side. Foster mom has not heard me bark once. We are still working on my leash skills and foster mom has found that a martingale collar works best. I am a very mellow fellow and would fit into any family. But I want to be in yours!!
