Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Approx DOB: March 2017
When Pearl (ID#22005) first came into her foster home it was very clear she bore some emotional scars from being dumped to live outside among a very large colony of cats. She spent her whole first month curled up in a ball in a box in her crate. She would love attention if you came to her, but it was almost like she couldn't or wouldn't let herself open up and be completely comfortable. Many months later and Pearl is a completely different cat. She will sit with her mom on the couch and meet her at the door. She loves to play with strings, balls and springs.
Pearl doesn't take the most beautiful pictures as many other cats do, but she is a kind and gentle soul that more than makes up for that with her sweet disposition. Despite living with many cats in her foster home, she would probably really enjoy being someone's very best friend in a home on the quieter side. She is fine living with other cats and having a friend would be okay too, but living with too many strong feline personalities causes her to take a back seat and kind of just watch versus giving all the love we know she wants to, to her humans. This petite little girl doesn't have a mean bone in her body, and if someone would just give her the chance to show them how much love she has to give, they would definitely not regret it.
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations.
If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent! Visit www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and look under Foster a Furry Friend. Furry Friends Network provides our foster homes with food, litter, crates/carriers as needed and miscellaneous other supplies as well as veterinary care.
