When something happened to Mimi and Borona's owner, they were left to a family member, who decided to dump them at a high kill shelter. When Southpaw Rescue went to pull Mimi, we noticed that she had a tiny sidekick in the kennel with her who clung to her side. That's when we found out their story and knew we had to pull them together.
We could tell they had recently spent a lot of time outside, most likely on prong collars. They were covered in dirt with scabbing around their necks. We quickly took them in and bathed them. It was apparent from the beginning that these two girls are as sweet as can be and very mellow. They are content to just hang inside or outside with their foster family.
They are very good with their fosters 3-month-old child. They are friendly with other dogs. Both are good on leash and potty trained. If you are looking for low Maintenace, mellow companions, these are your girls!
Borona can be shy at first and follows Mimi's lead. The $300 fee is for both dogs.
