Tulip is a fun little lady ready for a lap to call her own! She loves to be with her people and get all the attention. Tulip is 6 years old and does well with other pups, but can be a bit of a bully so she would do best with a male dog or an experienced owner. She's working on her confidence and can be shy at first, but warms up quickly. Tulip gets along well with cats.
