My story

Hi! My name is Kiki and I am 7 years old. I have been a spoiled princess my entire life by my bestest human friend but for some reason, my human did not come home one day. I don't know what is going on but they said my human unexpectedly passed away, whatever that means. I was very scared in this new home called a "foster home" since there are animals walking around everywhere. I never saw an animal before I came here but I am beginning to tolerate some of them. I found a small human that became my friend and I search for her throughout the house if she leaves her room. I sleep with this 10 year old human every night. She is warm and snuggly, like me. There are other tiny humans in this house that are nice to me. I let them pet me but i prefer calm humans and the toddlers are wild [sigh]. Its okay though since I am patient; I will wait until my human comes to get me. Can you please hurry human friend?

More about this rescue

We are a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation, but we remain a tiny but mighty rescue located in Central CA. We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of homeless canines and felines. We try to provide assistance to every dog & cat in need. We have developed a wide network of support throughout Northern California, and have been extremely successful to date. We welcome creative solutions to the problem of canine & feline homelessness.

The process of rescue, we have found, enriches everyone involved. It is truly a "win-win" situation.
