My story

Please contact Petrie for more information about this pet.

Shane is a super chill boy with an old soul, deserving of a loving home. I believe he is housetrained because he never goes in his indoor/outdoor kennel. He waits till he has access to the yard. He definitely would love to be in the house. If I had room, I'd keep him because he is so chill. He is cautious, but once it's in his comfort zone, he's ready to go. He walks well on a leash but will fold up his landing gear if not sure of where he's going or if he knows he doesn't want to go there. If walking with other dogs and one runs ahead, he will start pulling. He is stout, but I can get him to move with a harness. I hate pulling on his neck, because he coughs sometimes, usually indicative of a sensitive trachea. Once he's sure, he walks quietly on the leash. He loves riding in the car and does well in shotgun without restraint, although I would recommend that for his safety. He will put another dog in his place if it is too much in his face, but not aggressive towards other dogs at all. Shane loves kids. He would prefer to be around people and other dogs and would love to be part of your fur-ever family.
