Mona is a darling DSH black female born approximately 07-23-2021.
Mona was rescued from a local animal shelter when she was thought to be pregnant. It turned out to be a false pregnancy and Mona has since been spayed and is ready for her forever home.
Mona is a very sweet, brave and energetic cat. She loves to play and is usually in constant motion, running all over the room and playing with all the toys. She is very fond of furry mice, catnip toys, and any wand toy her humans can make move around. When she does slow down, she will joyfully hop up into your lap for some pets and snuggle time. She is also quite vocal and likes to talk to her people with little mew-mew sounds. She is very cute and affectionate with no fear of people at all.
So far she has been a little testy with other cats. This may be due to her hormones being out of whack from the false pregnancy and wanting to drive other cats away. Now that she’s fixed, we suspect that she will enjoy other companions given patience and careful introductions.
Mona is microchipped and currently in a foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.
