Age: 6yr Sex: Female Breed: Domestic Shorthair Color(s): White with some orange Good with other cats?: Yep Good with dogs?: Unknown Litter trained?: Flawlessly
Overall Temperament: I came to the shelter as an owner surrender, but I didn't do anything wrong! I'm quiet and very friendly and love to get attention from people. I came in with my sister Peaches, but we don't have to go home together. Although Peaches is very shy and fearful, I'm really outgoing and get excited to meet people and make new friends. I'm definitely a social butterfly! I get along fair enough with the other cats, although it does take me a few days to get used to new ones. Once I've worked out who they are though, I do just fine. We don't know how I feel about dogs, but can find out upon request. I do maybe need to be on a diet, so whoever takes me home will need to help me with that... I'm a great kitty, someone please come rescue me soon!
Cream's fee is sponsored! What does that mean? A generous donor has paid the adoption fee so you don't have to. If you'd like to, though, you can choose to pay it forward and sponsor another animal for someone else.

The Aberdeen Area Humane Society serves the northern South Dakota and southern North Dakota area. We are here in the interests of animal welfare. We place homeless animals into good homes as well as rescue animals from abusive situations. We have a shelter facility just southwest of Aberdeen and house many animals while we try to find them good homes. We are a non-profit organization and are funded by memberships, donations, fundraisers and adoptions.
If you suspect an animal is being mistreated and/or abused, contact us. We will investigate or refer to the appropriate agency. Your call can be kept confidential and we will handle the rest.
