Meet Socks and Butterscotch

These two girls have had an extremely rough start to life. They were transferred to us from fellow rescue Wee Companions after they took them in from a large terrible hoarding situation.
They came to us pregnant. Sadly Socks lost all of her babies. She also has an old (now healed) eye injury that has left her with no vision on that eye. It doesn't affect her quality of life, she just needs to be handled more carefully. With piggies that have blindness on one side we find that you need to approach them from the sighted side.

Butterscotch gave birth to one male baby.

These girls are being nourished back to health and cared for by one of our loving fosters.

They are only available for adoption to a home with previous piggy experience and older children. With socks being blind in one eye we need to make sure they are with someone that understands her slight special needs. They have been through so so much and deserve a loving and calm home.

All of our piggies are fostered in Orange, LA or Ventura Counties. If you're interested in meeting anyone we will meet you in any of the above mentioned counties!
