Meet Apple and Brighton!

Apple was rescued by us in Feb 2022. She was living in terrible conditions, crammed with 12 other guinea pigs and had given birth to 3 babies 24 hours earlier. Apple was such a good mama and despite being malnourished herself she gave everything and raised 3 gorgeous healthy sons.

After her boys were weaned she was alone and didn't really want to bond with other adult females.
After we exhausted all efforts to bond her we reached out to our friend and fellow rescue The Rescue Garden.....and along came Brighton.

Brighton is almost like a therapy piggy as she has brought out the happiness in Apple and we have seen an immediate difference in Apple's overall happiness.

Brighton was pulled from a local shelter and is as sweet as can be. We think she's only 4-5 months old as of May 1, 2022.

Both girls love being held and would do well in a home where they could hang out with older children or adults and watch tv.

All of our fosters are located in OC, LA or Ventura Counties. If you would like to meet any of them we can meet in any of the above mentioned places.
