Welcome Katrina to CCPAL Rescue. Katrina is a 10-week-old Hound/Akbash or Great Pyrenese. They bark and sound like a Hound. They are vocal puppies and the mom is about 70 pounds. They should be bigger dogs full grown. 65 or so pounds is our best guess on adult size. They are lanky puppies and while active they are not over the top active. She has beautiful blue eyes. Katrina is a beautiful white dog with baby blue eyes. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. A hound is best with a fenced yard as they can scent off without a fenced yard. She has adorable droopy ears. She is getting her vaccinations and will be spayed soon. A person who is home some and not gone 8 hours a day would be best. She will need to finish up his puppy training. He loves other dogs and is good in a crate. She is doing good on a schedule. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or other spots on the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states
