Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This precious little girl was found as a stray on the streets of TX. She is the nicest little dog- very sweet and friendly and loves everyone she meets! She looks like a poodle mix and is approx 3 years old and 10 lbs. She bonds very fast and will be your buddy and follow you everywhere. She gets along with some other dogs but seems to prefer the attention of people. She was adopted but did not get along with one of the other dogs in the home. For this reason she is being re-homed and would do best as the only dog. She does seem to have a little separation anxiety so she would do best in a home where she is not left alone for long hours. She is very smart and has learned several commands/"tricks" very quickly. She seems to be pretty well house trained, does well in a harness/leash, and enjoys her walks. She was very matted when we rescued her from the street and had to be totally shaved down, She is going to make a wonderful companion for someone.
OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with no children under the age of 8, and experienced dog owners only.
WE REQUIRE VET RECORDS ON YOUR CURRENT OR PAST DOG FOR OUR REVIEW. RECORDS MUST SHOW THE POTENTIAL ADOPTER AS THE OWNER
The total adoption fee of $600 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper and canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you.
