My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Ariel.
Breed : Chihuahua/terrier mix.
Age: 2 years old
Energy Level: Medium
Shedding: Yes.
Grooming: Baths, nail trims..

Bio/Personality:
I have energy to burn and love a good walk with my humans on a quiet area. I do not like busy high traffic areas it scares me huge.

I am looking for a home as an only dog.

I want the people all to myself and I don't like sharing with other dogs in the home. I show my teeth at other dogs in the home if I don't get my own way.

I am excellent on my own, crate trained, and semi house trained mostly but I have accidents if you don't keep me on a scheduled routine. I hate the rain and  cold so this when accidents are likely to occur.

I don't understand why people think I need doggy friends to come visit me, I don't want that. I want to go for nice walks on a leash in a quiet area and not be bugged.

Frantic to Focused training classes with Joanna at For The Love Of Paws Pet Services is mandatory for me me to be successful as required by my rescue. This is a separate cost to the adopters of me. After all its training for me, and you my potential adopters.
Pros:
Super cute
Spayed
Dental cleaning
Fully Vaccinated
Dewormed
Microchipped
Mostly House Trained (my accidents have been human error).
Snuggly with my people, all adults. I am not fond of little people under the age of 8.
(children as they were rough with me in my first home in California.)
Crate trained for bed at night and when you are away from home.

Cons:
I will steal food off your plate if it's where I can reach it.
No chain link fences, I am a fence climber and digger if left alone unattended. No gaps under gates, or anything stacked against fences I can climb over from. You want to be in the yard with me, after all, after all that way you can make sure I do my pottying outside.

You let me in too soon without watching me I will have accidents. Not my fault yours. I get cold ok I am a California girl after all.

I can climb xpens no trouble.
I can over eat so my calorie intake needs to be monitored.
I do SHED but if fed a balance diet of higher end dog kibble, or raw fed correctly with supplements to keep my heart healthy then my shedding is cut down.
