My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

wagoninn.rescuegroups.org

Daisy Marie is a beautiful blond with a big smile who is looking for a home! Daisy Mae is in a NJ foster home.

Daisy Marie is a sweet girl who is affectionate and just wants to be near you. She loves to give kisses!  She is dog friendly, but she is a little possessive of her food and should be fed separately. Feeding her in her crate is a simple solution. She loves any toy with a squeaker!  Daisy Marie is also good with kids but a  cat free home is best for Daisy Marie.

Daisy Marie came from a crowded rural shelter in Louisiana where she waited over a year for rescue. Our partner rescue got her in a foster home, treated for heartworm and cleared up her skin infection as well. Daisy Marie is doing very well now!

Daisy Marie has been fixed, microchipped, and she is up to date on vaccines.  Her adoption fee is $300.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training  prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.

More about this rescue

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
