Meet this beautiful boy, Alphy. Alphy is estimated to be around 1 1/2 to 2 years old and is low to moderate energy level, perfect for quiet people. He is a bit shy at first but once he warms up he is super sweet and very polite. He has great manners and does not jump on furniture or on people that he meets.
Alphy is currently on medication to treat hookworms and heartworms. He is up to date on shots.
Alphy is a dream when walking and does not pull on the leash and walks beside you and matches your gate. He also sits down automatically when you stop walking. When he sees a squirrel or deer he is very responsive to just a light touch for redirection.
Alphy is crate trained and loves to spend quiet time in his crate. He does not chew anything other than his toys. He loves spending quiet time with his human(s), walking and exploring, and snuggles and being brushed. He is currently working on house training and basic commands like sit and stay.
Alphy is currently being fostered in CT.
