Welcome JJ to CCPAL Rescue. He is a German Shepherd/Ridgeback is our best guess. He weighs about 65 pounds. This boy has a very cute widow’s peak on his forehead. He is about 1 year and 3 months old. He was with us as a puppy and now he is back looking for his forever home. He is shy of new people and would be best suited for someone who is a home body or ok with JJ staying home and chilling at home. He is great in his crate and will go in it without anyone asking. He is protective of his crate when he is in it as well. He is great with all the dogs that are big small with all kinds of temperaments. He also lives successfully with Sam the cat. He is not a big shedding dog and he will need someone who is ok with a protective dog. If people come over he would then go to his crate or to another room. He is a wonderful companion and will make a great dog for the right person. He is in Texas and we would like him to be adopted to someone from Texas. If you live alone and want a do to make you feel safe then this is your boy. JJ is current on all his vaccinations, neutered and ready for his forever home. His adoption fee is 250. We will schedule a meet and greet with an approved application. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
