Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Koko has acclimated rather quickly to her foster family and their two large dogs. She still playfully chases their cat but might get along with a tolerant cat in time with some supervision. Ideally, Koko would go to a home with another dog willing to play with her and show her the ropes!
Koko is a friendly, happy and well balanced dog that loves to play or just be in a room with her people resting in her dog bed or on a lap. She’s not comfortable yet being completely alone and nightly crating is a must for her safety. She is slowly accepting the crate and only barks for short periods of time and can sleep through the night without a potty break. She is getting house trained on wee wee pads and has recently started going outside to do her business.
Koko enjoys walks on a leash and can walk 2 miles easily. She has medium to high energy and will run around the yard chasing the other dogs or toys. She travels well in a car and settles down quickly. Like most puppies, she could benefit from training. She is smart and already knows “sit” but is still working on other commands including “come". She would be best suited for a family with kids age 8 or older, and will need regular professional grooming.
