When coming in to adopt, please bring your drivers license or other state-issued photo ID, and, if you rent, a copy of your lease showing that pets are allowed. Please print out our adoption application form from https://dallascityhall.com/departments/dallas-animal-services/Pages/adoption.aspx and fill it before coming to our shelter. We have our application in English and Spanish. If you forget to bring it, we will have applications at front desk.
