Ella is a 7 year old altered female weighing 57 pounds. She is current on shots and just had a dental. She is a sweet hound that enjoys being with people and other dogs. Ella is known to wander to other people nearby if you’re not watching her. Every person she encounters is her friend. Ella cannot eat wheat. It causes her to have an upper respiratory infection. She may also react in the same manner with corn however it’s not been verified. Ella is completely house broken and loves being able to use a dog door so she can wander a fenced yard. She also loves to wrestle and go on walks. Ella should not be placed with toddlers, as she doesn’t watch where she steps and sits. It is recommended that she be walked with a harness due to pulling. Ella has a 3 year rabies vaccine, a home again chip, leash and harness, food, toys and a bed. Will you give this sweet lovable hound a home?

Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
