Nugget is a quiet little kitten that loves to watch the world from a soft cat bed or a window sil. While she loves playing with toys, she is more laid back and is less active as other kittens that could power a city if their energy could be captured...

Nugget got into the truck of an animal lover without him noticing. She drove all the way from Memphis to Oxford MS and it is a miracle she did not get injured while riding the truck. In Oxford, when the driver stopped at a local fast food restaurant on a busy road, she jumped out and ran off. Luckily, the driver saw it and contacted 9 Lives Cat Rescue immediately. Thanks to dedicated 9 Lives Cat Rescue volunteers, who set traps to catch her to get her to safety, she was captured quickly and unharmed except for a little scratch on her nose.
