This sweet young lady found herself at the shelter when her family moved cross-country and could not take her with them. We can’t figure how she came to be named after a cow, except for her black & white patched coat!
Moo (for short) is 3 years old and a cute and interesting looking mix of what we think is a maybe a basset hound and some kind of spaniel or terrier. She has a long body and short legs and weighs in at about 32 pounds. She has a sweet face that looked very sad when we picked her up at the shelter, but conceals a complete sweetheart.
Moo is definitely a little timid at first, but quickly warms up and is eager for attention. She is content to sit as close to her foster family as possible. She is basically a lap dog, and is more interested in bonding with her humans than playing with toys or the other dogs in the household. Moo would make a devoted, affectionate and loyal companion and a good family dog.
Moo is up to date on her shots, microchipped, and spayed. If you think you could provide a good home for her, please submit an application or come and meet her at Petco
