My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flynn is a lovable and sweet 3 year old guy with the cutest little stubby tail. He loves belly rubs, chin scratches and cuddles. He can be encouraged to play with a noisy or interactive toy, but prefers to watch others. He was sociable with the other kitties in his foster home, but not fond of the assertive dog there. He may be fine with a gentle, quiet dog if introduced properly, and the same with children. He does have an odd quirk of litter box ettiquette....he doesn't like traditional litter (or any kind of litter, we tried 12 different kinds!) in his box, but prefers a pee pad. It is lighter weight and not as bulky for disposal, but needs to be changed regularly to keep the odors down.
He has been neutered, is up to date with his vaccines, flea treated and dewormed, FIV/FelV negative and ready for his forever indoor home.
He can be seen at the Norwich Avenue Petsmart location in Woodstock.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!
An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet.
Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirment for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practise, your application will not move forward.
You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200.
It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along.
We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations.
Please help us get the kitties to their forever homes faster by respecting these guidelines!
