Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Sheila- she is a 1 year old, spayed Female Cattle dog. She came from a high kill animal shelter in TX. She is a bit shy at first but when she knows you will not harm her she is great. She is high energy and needs a secure fence to run off energy. She is fabulous other dogs, but the match has to be the right energy. She will bond to someone quickly that is kind to her and has patience with her. She loves playing with toys. This dog can't be tethered outside alone-No small children. only older mature kids considered.
this breed is often misunderstood with their nipping but they are bred to herd cattle and sheep and thats how they do it. So they also herd their people. She needs a strong person willing to continue training with manners- she likes pleasing me. she is a joy to have in my house. you can apply for Sheila at thehopehighway.org/forms
