Cecil was rescued with his siblings from the pound, his little eyes were closed with a very bad infection & could not see out of them. Now fully recovered and awaiting a permanent home. Adorable little boy, approx 4 months old and ready to take on the world. He is currently boarding at a vet and would love to cuddle with you at home.
