Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PERCY was found as a stray and was either neglected in his former home or had been on his own for quite a while. His coat was matted and stained yellow from urine. His teeth were horrendous! In spite of it all he remains a happy, people-loving pup! Percy has received a much needed dental and had most of his teeth pulled - his puppy kisses are much more pleasant now! He was also neutered at the same time and senior bloodwork was fine and he is heartworm negative, microchipped and vaccinated

A note from his foster mom: “ PERCY is somewhat hearing impaired and seems to have good vision in his one clear eye. He is a very sweet little boy that craves human attention. He would love to be your lap buddy and is happy to follow you everywhere. He enjoys spending time with his special someone whether its sitting on the couch, going for a walk or whatever you might be doing . He is very agile and has no problems with stairs or furniture if permitted. He gets along fine with other dogs & cats and would do fine with others or as the only pet. Although he is a small senior due to his sweet disposition, I think he would also do well with children. Percy would love a home where his person is home more often than not .”
