My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sugar Sugar is done raising her last litter of pups, they moved on and now its her time to get her forever home. Being just 2 yrs of age she was the best mother taking care of the 8 of them. Stepping back to let them eat before she did and being so patience letting them nurse when she had other things to do. Only weighs 37 lbs and just a pleasant girl to have around. Great with all the foster dogs and loves her buddy London, who she plays with and never gets angry no matter how rough it gets. Them felines is not her cup of tea. So house without them would be best. She is potty trained using the doggie door, leashed trained. Does well in the car, great passenger once she’s in. Great dog to take to the dog park, hikes and all the fun stuff. Lovable and likes to curl up and has plenty of down time. Her breed is questionable, dog app says Parson Russell Terrier, Whippet and Basenji. All I can say is she got the best quality of all the breeds. What ever her make up is she will make a wonderful addition to a family that is looking for a great companion

Sugar Sugar is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested POS for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event, or foster home.
