My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Libby is approximately 9 or 10 years old and is said to be a long-haired Dachshund. Some of her early paperwork had her listed as a Yorkshire Terrier mix. We've searched some dog identifier sites and she most looks like a wirehaired terrier/long haired dachshund cross. She has the color and hair of Norfolk and Norwich terriers, and the body shape/short legs and face shape more like a Dachshund. Whatever she is, she is adorable.

Libby came to JoJo's because her owner was unable to care for her. She is house and crate trained and weighs about 14 lbs. She would love to have an owner who wants to love on her, play a little bit, and then love on her some more. Although she would probably be fine with children, we think it would be better if they were occasional visiting children rather than living with them full time. She is so sweet and wants to give kisses to everyone she meets, but we think she'd most enjoy being the center of attention with her new mom or dad. She had a vet check up last week and is in good health, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations for three years.

If you think you might want to give this sweet girl a home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes spay, up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm negative, parasite treatment, and microchip.
