My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amy and Andy are listed as a bonded pair. These two incredible souls are looking for a family to call their own. A family who is patient and loving and understands what they’ve been through. Andy and Amy are survivors of the meat trade in South Korea. After their rescue they lived in boarding with our rescue with our partners in South Korea where they were working on their socialization and fear of everyone other than each other. When the boarding facility was being shut down, we knew we had to get them over to the US or Canada as they didn’t have anywhere to go and would end up in another awful situation. Thankfully Amy and Andy flew to Vancouver and are now in boarding with Playful Pups.

Amy has come a really long way and is more comfortable around people but shy. Andy is still pretty fearful of people and of any time spent without Amy. But we know he can get there as we’ve seen him open up to people before! We would love to get them out of boarding and into their forever home. We are also open to a foster for both of them so that they can get into a home environment and receive all the love they deserve, but ideally we can find their forever.
