Meet Buddy! He is a sweet boy that was confiscated by Highlands County Animal Services when his owner went to jail on a drug charge. Buddy can be shy, especially with weird noises but does warm up. With his foster parents, he is learning to be a dog again as he didn't have much time outside of his pen with humans. He seemed to be used primarily for breeding. All that is behind him now as Buddy can now enjoy a true dog's life. Can you help him further his education?
