Meet Jasmine! A very special girl who was pulled from a rural shelter as time was almost up, found in the Everglades where she'd either been dumped out of a moving vehicle or was attacked by a wild boar or gator, sustaining a large wound to her hind quarters, see 'before' pic (last). She had been overbred until she no longer was found useful and tested heartworm positive. Little did we know she had one more litter left in her and b/c she couldn't be spayed immediately, that litter came to term, with 12 new babies to find homes for! Jasmine was a great mom, is most affectionate and grateful to her human protectors - such a sweet, loving girl. If her foster mom didn't already have three other dogs, she would've become part of her pack. Jasmine will make a wonderful canine addition to any family and will always be happy to see/love on you when you come home. Please give her the well-deserved opportunity at her forever home!
