This gorgeous heartthrob is ready to sail straight into his forever home. Calypso is equal parts handsome and spirited, with a big personality and even bigger zest for life.
Calypso does have a couple preferences (don`t we all?!). He`s particular about his bathroom setup and prefers pine litter or paper-based litter - no clay for this classy guy! The adoption team will happily send him home with some of this to help him transition smoothly.
Now let`s talk about one of Calypso`s favorite hobbies: scratching! Scratching is a totally normal and important cat behavior, and Calypso especially enjoys it. He`ll thrive in a home that provides multiple scratching options. When he uses his scratching spots, he`ll thrive with praise and rewards. Positive reinforcement (treats, toys, happy voices) will help him learn where to dig those adorable toes, rather than scolding or deterrents.
