My story

Bailey and Darcy are a bonded pair of sisters who grew up in the same home. These two sweethearts were left in our care due to a long distance move by their former family. Bailey is an absolute lover and will take any opportunity to lay on your lap and cuddle. Darcy is a bit more of a free spirit! She is happy to lounge around doing her own thing, but is always happy when you come by for some pets and scratches. Both have grown up with dogs and cohabitate well as long as their space is respected. We are looking for a loving family to give this bonded pair their furever home!

Like all the animals at Lucky Dog Rescue, these two will be neutered, fully vetted with shots up to date, and microchipped. If you would like to adopt this pair, visit www.luckydogrescue.org and at the end of their bio there is a link to fill out an application. The fee is $200 for the pair.

Why adoption is a great option

Bailey, a Scottsdale Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
