Hey there! My name is Leandra. I have been here for 2 years now. I don't have any teeth but that doesn't stop me from eating dry food or wet food. I am sweet girl and I am a little jumpy when you touch the back of my neck. I just need a little more loving to get over the timid part of my neck and back. Tabby cats are great and I am one of them. I am very loving and just love to have a lap to lay in to feel safe around you. I do great with other cats. Dogs I never been around. I do fine around kids. Please adopt a long term here at the shelter. Nothing wrong with us just get overlooked a lot. Please give me a chance.

All of our animals are flea treated, wormed, spayed/ neutered and up to date with viral and rabies vaccinations. All cats are feline leukemia tested and all dogs are heart worm tested.

We are located at 2101 West Main Street in Richmond, Indiana and are open Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 5pm; Saturday 12pm to 4pm.

HELP the Animals, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit animal shelter. We run on a small staff and the kindness of many volunteers who care for an average of 150 animals on a daily basis. Donations are always accepted and appreciated.
