Jasper is such a sweet boy. He has had a difficult life, as his owner kept him almost exclusively in the basement. Maybe that's why he craves attention. His sister was adopted and he's alone in his foster home waiting for his forever people to come for him. Jasper is healthy and still has lots of life ahead.
