My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our handsome senior Poseiden, was surrendered to us due to his family not being able to care for him.
Poseiden is a very sweet and affectionate boy. Poseiden is selective with other dogs so he may be best as the only dog. He CANNOT live with cats or in a home that has outdoor cats. He previously lived with younger kids and did well with them. He keeps his kennel clean and loves his treats!!
Poseiden is a 9 year old Pitbull looking for a family that enjoys leisurely walks and spending time with him!!!
Poseiden was previously Neutered and Microchipped. We have brought him current on all Vaccines, Heartworm tested and monthly preventatives started.

Although we are about 1.5 hours away from the Washington, D.C. metro area, it is an easy drive. You can even make a day of it and stop off at country stores, Civil War battlefield sites and a huge mall complex in Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg.
