Stevie is a beautiful, blind DSH gray tabby female born approximately 1/1/2021.
"Hi, I'm Stevie. I came from a hoarding situation and was surrendered to local animal control. I had an eye infection that was never treated and caused me to lose vision in both eyes. Surgery was my best option. The shelter knew I needed extra help and asked rescue to step in and take over my care."
Stevie is a remarkable little girl; she has just thrived in foster care! She has learned to navigate and adjust to new situations very well. Losing her eyesight hasn't really slowed her down much at all. She is just as playful as any other young kitty. If she can feel or hear her toy, she will happily play with it. She is also great with scratching pads and using cat trees.
Stevie does well navigating furniture and will jump on the couch to cuddle with you. She is a little love bug! She is affectionate and loves to be with people. She has a nice, loud purr to let you know how happy she is.
Stevie would like to have a companion. She gets along well with other cats and has been fostered with large dogs.
Stevie is microchipped and currently in a foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.
