om Tom is a 4-year-old Mixed Breed from Jordan. He was born with congenital patella dislocation. This basically means he walks funny, but despite this silly walk he is one of the kindest souls you will ever meet. He has the kindest eyes, is very gentle, and calm, and just wants to be by you for pets and cuddles. He doesn't bark.

Due to his silly walk, he won't get adopted in Jordan. We want him to find a loving home in the states where a family can love him despite how he walks. Our Vice President had the opportunity to meet him while visiting Jordan and can guarantee that if someone will give him a chance they will have the kindest dog ever!
