Hi friends, my name is Little Stevie. I’m a 1-year-old Papillon/Chihuahua mix, and I weigh 5lbs. I’m a cute little fella who loves attention. Sadly, due to inbreeding, my eyes were not fully developed causing my blindness. But this doesn’t stop me from enjoying life and playing with toys. I’m even learning how to walk on a leash.
