Prior to the adoption of an animal, we ask that you complete an application at www.bakersfieldspca.org. This information will help the Bakersfield SPCA achieve its goal of finding permanent, responsible, loving homes for the animals in our care and allow us to better assist you in finding a pet suited to your needs.

Currently we are starting all adoptions online. You may visit our website (bakersfieldspca.org) where you can view all adoptable pets in the Adoption Gallery. From there you can submit an application found under Adoption Information for any particular pet (include the 6-digit Animal ID #, please double check the Animal ID # you entered to make sure it is the correct pet of interest).
