Welcome Nala to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 100-pound Great Pyrenees. We believe she is 3-years-old. She has been with her family who has children since she was a puppy. The family is now homeless and has been living in a car with Nala. They did what they felt was best for Nala and brought her to CCPAL Rescue so we could find a better living arrangement for Nala. She loves to play in the stream of water and to have her feet wet. Great Pyrenees are a guardian breed and are notoriously good with other animals and children. Nala is true to her breed. She is a gentle giant and will make some lucky family a great companion dog. We will be updating all her vaccines and getting her groomed so she is ready for her new home. She would be a great dog in the more northern climates that are cooler due to her beautiful long coat. She is great on a leash and potty trained. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states
